Home Automation

One system, every room, one touch of a button.

Lighting, climate, shades and entertainment brought into a single control environment — press one button and the whole property responds, rather than juggling switches and separate apps.

What's Included

Three systems, working as one.

Automation is really three separate systems designed to act like a single one: lighting, climate, and shading, all coordinated through one interface.

Lighting Control

Multi-button keypads replace rows of switches, with scenes like “Good Night” dimming hallways and shutting off unused rooms automatically.

Climate Control

Learns the household's daily patterns and adjusts automatically — typically cutting 10–15% off heating and cooling costs.

Motorized Shades

Quiet, reliable shade motors on a schedule or a single “Away” command that lowers every shade in the house at once.

Why It's Designed as One System

A personal assistant for the house.

The value of automation isn't any single feature — it's the coordination between them. A "Good Night" scene that only handles lighting is a nice trick; one that also arms security, adjusts the thermostat, and confirms the garage door is closed is what actually changes how a household runs day to day.

Leo Bitton has been designing whole-home automation systems across Los Angeles since 2015, working with Control4 as well as Crestron, RTI and URC platforms depending on what a property actually needs.
